When working with clients, I consider all aspects of health when creating their program and approaching their coaching sessions. I appreciate that many of the adaptations that come with embarking on a fitness journey are expressed internally before a physical change occurs, and as a coach I make it a priority to celebrate all victories, in and out of the gym. By working with me, my clients will learn to celebrate their wins and set small process goals that will help them achieve their outcome goal, as well as learning to enjoy the process and become adaptable!
My go to workout is anything outdoors. I love biking and running, but also enjoy weight training!!
Right now my favorite healthy food is a smoothie with protein, oats, spinach, and strawberries.
Have never been a big fan of brussel sprouts!
