Because I have worked with some of the most elite coaches in the country whether it be in the collegiate setting or the semi-private setting. I believe I have learned to be myself around the clientele, while at the same time getting the absolute best out of everyone. I have learned a lot of different coaching styles and training philosophies and I believe I have a unique set of experiences that could easily translate to the personal training side of the fitness industry.
Breathwork. Assault bike. Plyos/sprints. Lift heavy things. Push me in a constrained exercise.
Red meat. All fruits. Electrolyte drinks. Milk. A handful of veggies: arugula, asparagus, carrots.
Not a fan of most vegetables.
