I feel a client should train with me due to my knowledge, skill and background in training various clients and within the fitness realm. I would connect with clients on a more personal level and get to know them as a person rather than just a client, and keep them uplifted. As a trainer I have the knowledge and experience to help clients reach their goals and perform movements correctly and efficiently with modifications, progressions and feedback through good communication and coaching cues.
My go to workout is a great leg day! I love power cleans, squats and lunges mostly!
I LOVE pasta! Chicken Parmigiana is my go to. I also love healthy snacks!
Steamed broccoli. I cannot stand the smell.

It varies for me, usually reggae or metal. Metallica is usually always playing during my workouts.
A fun fact about me is that I first started to workout and train as an athlete at 10 years old.
