We live in a world that is overly saturated with information, and this leads to more confusion. Our job as fitness professionals is to filter that information into best practices, then get even more specific to each client and their needs. I believe every human has the same basic needs: Squat, Hinge, Push/Pull in Vertical and Horizontal planes, brace and articulate with the core, and get out of breath. Our job is to help them find ways to meet those needs that fit what they want and what they need. Additionally, free content provides zero guidance and accountability, the two main aspects missing in people's health and fitness. When do they progress/regress? What do they do on days they don't feel like doing anything? How can they still get a workout in at home with little to no equipment? Magazines and free videos tell you none of those things. Also, when you are accountable to someone other than yourself, and especially when you're paying for it, you're more likely to go because you know that coach will be checking up on you and you see the deduction from your bank account.
I LOVE Supersets, pairing two exercises to go together like PB & J! Lots of work in no time at all.
Smoothie Bowls! Frozen fruit, protein powder, milk, topped with Protein cereal and melted PB. Delish
Mushrooms because of the texture and olives because of the taste. Not picky besides that!

For Locomotion, I love Underground Hip Hop. For Kettlebells, usually metal. Depends on the mood too!
My struggles with a full blown eating disorder 10+ years ago, as well as being overweight as a kid.
