Meet Coach Juliet

My Mission

My job working for Ocean Rescue is what inspired my fitness journey. I began working for the beach at age 17 and have come back every summer to continue to help families make it home safely from the beach. As I progressed in the ranks of Ocean Rescue I began training the younger employees while also creating drills each morning. This gave me the idea to become a personal trainer and become more involved in helping others on their fitness journeys. I began training some of my girl friends and they eventually were confident enough to join gyms and take their health and fitness to the next level. This has been my inspiration since.

I feel like I am able to push clients without losing my empathetic nature and be the support they need through their fitness journey.
