Growing up as a cross country runner, I learned how much physical exertion goes into fitness. I remember pushing my body past the limits and eventually getting injured. The injuries forced me to switch up my workout routine, and because of that, I became a more well rounded athlete. Through that change, I came to love so many other activities. I now road bike, strength train, swim, and run. I realized through my hard work that fitness is a balance of working out and eating right. I want to share my experience and knowledge with as many people as I can. I know first hand of the joy and happiness that comes from living a healthy life.
