A client should train with me, rather than someone else or solo, using information available online, because I offer expertise in various facets of personal training (e.g., injury prevention, older adult fitness, group training, sports nutrition). Although one may be able to find a plethora of information in these areas online, I possess the advanced experience, training and skills required to help clients effectively, efficiently and safely reach their goals.
My go-to workout is strength training, followed by steady-state or HIIT cardio. I enjoy variety!
