One of the most beneficial things I've learned through my experience with fitness thus far, is the ability to change your mindset by not focusing on the number on the scale, but instead being aware of how you feel both physically and mentally after implementing training into your lifestyle. Coming from disordered eating, I no longer view the gym as a place of punishment, but an environment for growth, and an opportunity to better one’s health and wellness. My goal as a trainer is to motivate clients who are willing to show up for themselves and put in the work, and challenge them to a place where they are proud of what they have accomplished. I strive to excite clients to keep coming back, and help them exceed their own expectations of what their bodies can achieve. Whether you're a rookie or vet in the gym, I am here to empower you by giving you the knowledge, skills, and guidance to take that first/next step to setting your fitness goals, and inspiring you to reach them.
