Heavy Lifting! Deadlifts, squats, bench press, weighted pull-ups, weighted tricep dips, etc.
Stir fry, overnight oats, eggs and bagels, and protein ice cream!!
Sadly I don't have foods I hate, I am the least picky person ever!! As long as its not blue cheese.
