My passion is helping clients reach their goals. I enjoy creating a program that the client enjoys and is customized to them. When researching on your own, its very hard to learn properly and it doesn't allow you accountability. Its hard to make sense of a program on your own and put it together. Example online may show workouts, but the client may not know how to balance a workout schedule or nutrition during the week and then progress from there.
Anything bodybuilding or a good HIIT workout.
I love eggs, sushi, salads and lots of lean meat.
Theirs not a lot of healthy food I hate. If I had to pick, I would say tilapia!
