If you’re looking to have fun AND get a good workout in, then we are going to be a great pair. I love to sing, encourage you, all while pushing you to get one more rep in. I want you to enjoy your workouts, so I’m happy to make adjustments (although I’ll still make you do burpees even if you hate them!). When you work with me, you’ll want to show up to your workouts. I’m going to hold you accountable & help you reach your goals!
