Accountability is the most important thing to me. I challenge my clients and have expectations of them and myself to help them reach their goal. I will do my job to the best of my ability so long as they meet me half way. Fitness can be a mountain to climb. I promise my clients that i will be there with them every step of the way. My go to workouts are weight training, stair climber, pull-ups and other calisthenics.
I eat plenty of fruit and healthy vegetable based pasta.
I don’t care for beets.
