My go-to workout would be leg day or Arm day. Training either stability or hypertrophy.
I am a red meat eater but can never go wrong with chicken. Add some veggies and sweet potato.

I am pretty good at doing pistol squats on unbalancing mechanisms (i.e. bosu ball or on a dumbbell).
