A few reasons I believe a client should train with me is because of my extremely high emotional intelligence. I am great at motivating difficult clients and I am highly dedicated to helping make life-changing benefits for clients who want to live a healthier life.
My go-to workout would be leg day or Arm day. Training either stability or hypertrophy.
A good steak or a juicy burger. Fresh fruit, especially mangos!
I’m sure there is some healthy food, I have yet to eat but I do not like tomatoes.

I am pretty good at doing pistol squats on unbalancing mechanisms (i.e. bosu ball or on a dumbbell).
