Accountability- hiring a trainer gives you accountability since there is a financial commitment. Knowledge - In addition to my degree and certification, I am constantly seeking and reading new information about muscle hypertrophy, supplements, wellness, etc... most trainers are not interested like I am in trying to stay up to date on new ideas or concepts in fitness. Motivation - having a trainer to motivate you to achieve your goals is extremely helpful when you are feeling down or don't feel like pushing for that last rep. All of my current clients have enjoyed training with me due to my energy and knowledge.
