    "One of the greatest pleasures in life is realizing that your body couldn't do what it just did". My mission is to help individuals achieve what they think is impossible for themselves and change lives. I got into fitness to help keep me from having surgery in my left shoulder from a birth defect. Now, 11 years later im still going strong! Motivating others to know that their goals are not out of reach. That it can happen with just a little bit of effort and persistence. I will be with you every step of the way motivating, watching you change as a whole. You have to learn from failure in order to succeed. I want to help create the best version of YOU that you can be! No short cuts, no quick fix, no overnight results. But I can guarantee that you will get results if you push yourself and not give up, because I wont give up on you!

    Why Train With Me

Second, you get a trainer that shows compassion and refuses to let you fail even at your lowest. You reaching that end goal is the only thing that matters. What are you waiting for?

    For myself, i like a grueling workout with heavy weight. Pushing my body to new limits of strength.

    Healthy food I love

    I like a nice Medium Rare Steak, Jasmine rice, and Broccoli or Brussels sprouts with Greek Yogurt.
