But the problem with that route is that they’re not tailored for your specific needs. I take the time to understand who you are, what you’re looking to achieve, and then crafting a plan to get you to your goals. Not every trainer does that. Most trainers will take a cookie cutter workout plan and “tweak” it, without doing any real work. I custom plan everything.
