I always ensure that movements and exercises are prescribed with a purpose, that relates directly to the clients goals. Whether this is something simple such as becoming healthier, or training for sport or strength, the approach can always start out simple and progress from there. I take a functional approach to training that match this to the individuals personal fitness level. I am very outgoing and will teach you lifelong lessons that you can use solo, or continue learning with me.
My go-to workout is whatever I'm feeling that day. I love high-intensity short-burst workouts!
All kinds! I am a big overnight oats (oatmeal) guy, and I pack in the protein whenever I can!
Kale (unless its sauteed with garlic, LOL!) Quinoa for sure. The rest I can stomach!

Sooo many different kinds! Mostly hip hop, rock, metal, maybe some theatre or Disney occasionally!
I don't do much isolated muscle training anymore, I keep it functional and broad to stay fit/strong!
