Meet Coach Josh

My Mission

I grew up in the gym finding things out for myself and nutrition was always trial and error. My mission is to provide the most up to date researched means of improving a client in all aspects of their life through whichever ways I can provide. Knowledge, encouragement, and accountability will allow anyone to feel comfortable with choices and their lifestyle as we strive together for positive changes. I have had the chance to work with dozens of clients over the past few years and seeing their incredible results is why I fell further in love with helping others. I am constantly seeking to improve myself every day and I hope I can do the same for you.
