I have a vast knowledge of different training methods. I was a Division 1 Track and Field athlete which has given me the opportunity to meet many different coaches and learn from them. I have experience in hypertrophy training, strength training, sprinting and endurance, as will and explosive athletic training. I will always go above and beyond for my clients and make sure that we are progressing the right way.
My go to workout would be sprint intervals. I love the way they make me feel after I finish.
