Part of personal training is helping the client to feel comfortable and confident in the steps we take towards bettering their health. If the client is a good fit for me, and I a good fit for them, it ensures retention and accountability. If they were to use a trainer they don't feel connected to, or even use free online material, they are not being supplied with the necessities needed to stay consistent.
HIIT workouts are my favorite way to get sweaty even on a time crunch. They’re also very versatile!
