I have significant experience training clients from a variety of backgrounds in a Global Headquarters Corporate Fitness Facility. Clients included everyone from c-suite executives to mail room employees and everyone in between (even retirees and spouses as well). Furthermore, I have also trained my three children all of whom are/were three sport athletes in high school.
I like to weight train 4 days a week and run, bike or play pick-up basketball on the other days.
I like oatmeal with crushed walnuts or Greek yogurt with a few dark chocolate chips for breakfast.
I am not a fan of broccoli, cauliflower and eggplant.

I generally eat well but I do have a sweet tooth for chocolate chip cookies and chocolate ice cream.
