It's a mix of strength conditioning with free weights, medicine balls, slam balls, tractor tires, power sleds, and I tie in running anywhere from five to 10 miles 3 to 4 days a week on top of that

I used to weigh 307 lb and I worked a year and a half and lost 80 lb on my own before I decided to become a personal trainer and help other people.
