I have 17 years of experience in fitness and nutrition, I started as a runner went into bodybuilding then strongman/powerlifting and I am now doing functional fitness and aesthetics. I am well-rounded in a variety of fitness areas and diets and understand more than most the importance of corrective exercises and injury prevention and rehabilitation. I have also quit smoking and dealt with depression so I can assist in mental health and life changes as well. I am also a father of 2 kids 4 and 5.
I love moving my body in every way. My go-to is HIIT training mixed with aesthetics.
Avocados, and pretty much all fruits and veggies make up 80% of my diet! But I eat everything.
Not a fan of fish or any seafood. And I stay as far away from vinegar as I can

Depends on my mood but recently it's mostly NEFFEX and other motivational yet upbeat stuff.
I eat anything a want (in moderation) this surprises people the most. I also have BPD.
