For beginners in training or even those with some more experience, meeting a fitness goal can seem daunting. I keep it simple and fast. Warm up -> some sprints -> 3-5 compound exercises -> cooldown.
I love breakfast and my go to post-workout breakfast is fried rice, with toast, fruit, and shake.

Soccer is one of my favorite sports. I traveled to England just to go watch soccer. YNWA
