I can relate well with the average client. I used to be in their shoes, as I used to have no knowledge in fitness, and was very nervous to get started. I am laid back, communicate well, and make my clients feel comfortable by getting to know them on a personal level, rather than just telling them what exercise to do. I used to be obese, with no drive to do anything to better myself. Then I became obsessed with getting in better shape, building knowledge, and loving how I felt about myself when I was training. I want to take everything that I have learned and help others achieve their goals and help them obtain that same obsession with the process. They can obtain information anywhere online, but training with someone brings a different element to achieving their goals. Having someone work with you and motivate you can be more effective than just finding information on your own. I know when I started training all I wanted was someone to help me along the way.
I enjoy any workout that involves bodyweight exercises and weight lifting, then ends with running.

It's all over the place. Todays hits, rap, country, 50s, 80s music, and even movie scores.
My favorite form of cardio is long-distance running, but I can't do it if I can't listen to music.
