The client should work with me over another trainer because of my ability to adapt to the client needs mentally (motivation/ new perspectives) and physically (ability to access clients movements & give correct exercises & progression/regression). With free information and social media, the movements and goals the client wants to accomplish may be too difficult and could lead to injury based on their current fitness level. There will be no set backs with me guiding them through their fitness journey.
