From a high class internship, obtaining my CSCS, and training athletes at all levels I feel confident in my ability to deliver expected results to my clients. I am able to understand my client's goals and develop a high level training program for them and adjust the program on the fly when goals change, injuries occur, or some other factor comes into play.
