I love getting to know people, so I will take the time necessary to find out what makes them tick. I'll come to understand what motivates and encourages them, and use tactics and techniques that fit them to keep them on track. I can be kind and empathetic, but I also know when to be honest, and when to tell people things they may not want to hear, but need to. I will do everything in my power to educate someone, and give them the tools they need to be successful in and out of fitness.
My go to workout is a strength based lift followed by a 2 mile cool down walk!
My favorite, easy, go-to dish to make is roasted veggies and chicken over rice!
