The client should train with me because I will spend however long it takes to create the perfectly custom fitness plan, specific to their needs. From past injuries, heart conditions, likes/dislikes, etc., I will take every last detail into account to give them the most enjoyable and progressive workout plan!
HIIT workouts are my absolute favorite, but you can’t go wrong with cardio and leg day!
