I believe a lot of trainers out there that I have had the liberty of meeting or training under are not versatile athletes, just simply put they are average people who want to stay healthy and maintain an image with the information they studied and tests they passed. I think that as pure as that is, it does not offer a true value to the personal training the client is paying for and as a trainer with an athletic background I can give full spectrum points of view and insights on workouts/therapies and demonstrations that would be suit an individual also having been trained at a high level myself.
I love a good ab workout superset with classic barbell squat. That is a full body workout in itself.
I love love love grilled chicken with some seasoned green beans and white rice.
I absolutely despise cauliflower with a passion.
