I believe that my experience and excitement to help others would be the number one reason. Being able to motivate and adapt to a multitude of situations is something I pride myself on and I feel as though that is one of the biggest and most important factors in a personal trainer.
I personally love to power lift. Whether that be Squat, Deadlift, or Bench Press!
