My mission in life has been under two categories: 1. Reduce Pain OR 2. Improve Quality of Life. I decided to get into this lifestyle because of my willingness to help others achieve goals they couldn't reach by themselves. My number one rule to myself is: "Don't be the status quo". I wont accept being average whether health wise, mentally, or any other category. I have full intent of being the best version of myself every day as if it were my last. We all have a very small amount of time on this earth and we owe it to ourselves to live a happy, healthy, and long life; Spending it with those who you love or in whatever way you enjoy. With all of my clients I am not satisfied until you are happy, on a healthy track, and do what you set out for yourself at the beginning of our journey. It is always an honor and privilege to be trusted with someone's future and health. I will do everything within my own power to get you to where you need to be as long as your honest and consistent
