I believe that a client should train with me because of my own experience and mistakes I’ve personally made in the past when I first started training and I can show them the correct and incorrect ways of exercise and why we should lift or execute a workout a certain way to prevent injury. I also have experience in boxing so I can teach clients self defense which is great for fat loss/cardio.
My own go to workout is training the big three powerlifting lifts. The Squat, bench, and deadlift.
I love grilled chicken, sweet potatoes fries, spinach shake and apples.
I hate green beans, carrots, cucumbers, and avocado.
