I would first recommend to the client to be willing to pay someone with the expertise in the field to help them reach their goals. Online information does not give people all of the tools to have an effective program that is fit just for them. Also, a client should want to train with me because I am used to working with up to 35+ athletes at once and have remote training experience. I understand how to work and manage a busy workload.
My favorite workout is a good deadlift workout then finishing legs off, then to some cardio.
I love any type of grilled chicken salad as well as steak, rice, asparagus and potatoes.
Green beans is my only food I don’t like!

I was a very good swimmer in HS but didn’t like it very much. To much cardio. Took more to baseball.
