They should train with me because I provoke real change in individuals. My holistic approach to health and fitness takes the client out of the “how many calories was that meal I just ate” mindset and turn them not big picture thinkers. My clients don’t feel like they have a trainer, they feel like they have someone who encourages them to open their minds and completely upgrade their lives.
