Free information online is basic & isn’t tailored towards the clients specific needs. Free information teaches basic guidelines for the “generic” “average” person. Everyone is different and deserves training that is specific to them.
My go to workout would be a pull day, so I would focus on pull movements such as rows and bicep curl
I love any food that is protein based, protein helps me grow muscle and maintain it.
