My goal is to indirectly change the world by improving the health of my clients so they will have more drive to make a difference in their lives. Having grown up with little education on exercise and a lack of quality nutrition, I clearly remember how good I felt when I began taking my health seriously. Since then I have become obsessed with learning all I can about the science of exercise and relationship building so I can be the gold standard for other trainers.
Based on my experience and level of education I can comfortably convey complex training and nutritional concepts in a way that is easily interpreted. In addition, my approach involves improving two criteria, addressing any movement imbalances to improve quality of exercise application, and manipulating behaviors around diet and training to ensure this is a life-long pursuit for the client. Without the help of a coach who is personable, realistic and has an understanding of human physiology, approximately 80% of individuals will fall short of achieving their wellness goals.
