They should train with me because I'm a fitness professional who always looks out for my clients needs first. If their goal is to loose 3 inches off their waist I'll make a specific training program to do just that. Another reason is I'm great at holding people accountable without feeling like a drill Sargent.
My favorite workout is old school barbell bend over rows, or doing squats in a pit shark machine.
