My Mission

My mission statement would definitely be: the greatest wealth is health. Without good health, life is a lot harder. I love helping my clients start with small changes - taking one baby step after another - which over time results in a healthier lifestyle and has a big impact on your health and happiness. When I see my clients work hard and get results, it inspires me to keep working hard because this type of work is so important. I got into the fitness field because I love working with people and wanted to have a direct, positive impact on people’s lives, as well as share all that I’ve learned about fitness, nutrition and stress management.

I LOVE sautéed kale! It goes with everything - more veggies, grilled chicken, or scrambled eggs.

I don't love beets, but I try to eat them every now and then. ;-) Ha ha!
