I have been personal training for 2 years, but I have been training for 10 years now. I think that experience is worth something. Free information is good, but how do you properly periodize and implement progression? That’s something I can do for someone. Free information can be good, but that also depends on if it’s good information. Holding people accountable is another. But not having to worry about programming for yourself can be a load lifted off of someone’s shoulders.
