I train a different muscle group per day. I ALWAYS hit abs after, followed by 25 minutes of cardio.

Huge fan of 90's Pop. Will also jam out to some rock or anything with a nice beat to it.
I ran in the Junior Olympics. I also trained for the actual Olympics before hurting my knee.
