My Mission
My mom died when I was 9-years-old. I've been on a mission since then to be healthy & inspire others to choose healthy living -so they can be present for their families & those they love. As a Dr. of physical therapy, I've helped people recover from injury & illness. That's reactive. My mission is to help clients to be proactive! No more chasing a ball that's already rolling down a hill! Catch the ball-prevent the roll! Adding in tools like holistic nutrition, health & wellness coaching, (CBT) cognitive behavioral therapy, & mindset mastery help me to allow clients to achieve balanced, powerful, & independent live. It helps them reach for those goals & dreams possibly put off by limiting beliefs, thoughts, & behavior. Creating each person's vision of health has been a lifelong dream. Everyone needs & wants something that suits them & I’m here to help clients see, create, and bring to life that vision of health. It's being real, gimmick-free with simple action-based plans that work!
