Meet Coach Jody

My Mission

My mission is to help people be the best version of themselves. I know from experience that being physically fit helps a lot of other areas in your life than just how you look. After I lost 60lb I had more energy, was in a better mood, slept better and most of all had more confidence. I no longer hide when in a room full of people but instead I talk and get to know others. I now love to meet new people! I originally got into fitness myself to lose weight. When I realized how it helped me in so many ways and also that I LOVED it. I wanted to turn it into a career. I want to see others succeed and feel great about themselves!
