I am a good listener and am able to empathize with them getting them into a personalized program. As the saying goes, been there done that. I've been the collegiate athlete where I was in tip-top shape, and I've also let my physical health kinda go by the wayside as I let other things take priority..and experienced an out-of-shape body. I had to get with the program and refocus; changing my nutrition choices and getting back to working out. I know the contrast and want to help you get there too!
The basic plan: > cardio (10-15 minutes) >stretch >strength train 2-3 body parts; 2 sets, 3-4/week
Health foods I enjoy are avocados, any chicken dish (except fried), a good mixed salad and cheese!!
