I take everything about the client, their habits, injuries, challenges, etc and create CUSTOM plans for them, along with accountability and MENTORSHIP. This isn't YouTube or Facebook "bro" science. I know a lot and love to learn a lot, and incorporate all the knowledge to specifically help folks who don't have time or energy to look things up themselves. Don't waste time and money spinning your wheels trying to find what works best for you through trial and error. Start right the first time.
