Exercise & nutrition is always a main goal. But my approach is also sharing knowledge I have on sleep routines, affirmation/positive self talk, rest days, movement, education/hacks on fitness/nutrition, and much more. I aim for clients to fall in love with their every day life, not just focus in on esthetics.
My weekday workouts consist of strength training and walking my dog!
My favorite foods are eggs, fish, chicken, beef, yogurt, potatoes, avocados, asparagus, & bananas!
Least favorite food is tuna, quinoa, & blackberries. (I love ALL food)

I work in a large factory making buff pads for semi wheels!
