I think its inspiring seeing people achieve difficult goals, like losing a lot of weight or looking super ripped, but what really drives me are those difficult chellenges what it seams physical challenges but that it becomes mostly mental. Like running a marathon, crazy hero workouts, pushing your body to its limits. So I train to be able to do those without having to "prep" for them, like if I friend say "lets run 20 miles with a 20lbs ruck sack" I would go without thinking. I got into fitness for the looks, and stayed for the challenges. Now I LOVE to get people through their own challenges, and being their mentor drives me to learn more and to get better.
