I have 6 in person clients and multiple clients that I’ve just sent plans all with different goals. All of them have made significant progress in as little as 7-8 weeks. Just by following my advice. I don’t know everything and I’m constantly trying to learn more. I took my self from 285pounds 30 percent body fat to 210 and 10% body fat in the down two years. So I understand the struggles of not having time and based off my experiences, I feel as if I can contribute to most peoples fitness journeys
I do a six-day split chest/shoulders, back bi tri, and legs, my favorite day is leg day .
Proteins- chicken, salmon, Oats salads with spinach protein shakes
