Meet Coach Jimmie

My Mission

As a Fitness Coach, I empower clients with a sustainable system for short and long-term results. My Life Plan has helped me lose 33 lbs of body fat and maintain 8-12% body fat year around for 11 years without sacrificing my favorite foods or time with loved ones. I began my health and wellness journey 26 years ago when my father suffered his third heart attack. I realized that taking care of our health is crucial not just for ourselves but also for those we care about. Watching my father's health improve and helping him live healthier years from 51 to 77 years old is a source of daily inspiration for me. It reminds me of the power of taking care of our bodies and the impact it can have on our loved ones. That's why I'm passionate about helping others on their own wellness journeys. By teaching them a life-long system for fitness and nutrition that can be sustained over time, I hope to empower them to live their healthiest and happiest lives possible.
