My mission is to train the mind just as much as the body. With a positive mindset, people can do amazing things, and what the mind believes, the body achieves. So for me, it’s all about being committed to the process and being all in! When I was playing college basketball, I was 155 pounds my freshman year, I didn’t believe in the weight room because I thought it would affect my skills on the court. During the season, my body took a toll and sustained injuries I never had before playing at an intense level, my body wasn’t ready. So that summer, I bought into the fact that I needed to make changes in order to get better at the sport, but most importantly protect my body. So I dedicated countless hours in the weight room and came back the next year 175 pounds gained 20 pounds of muscle! It all started with a mindset!

Because I’m laid back, easy individual to talk to, and a great listener. I will challenge, push, and support clients when it is needed, and have complete confidence in them to accomplish the goals that we’ve set. I’ll help the client create new short term goals when needed to ensure that progress stays on track of the main goal. Mainly I will help the client build a strong mindset and always encourage that any obstacle can be overcome with a positive disposition.
